Honors College Welcomes New Cohort of Students!

On July 7, 2025, the Honors College welcomed its third cohort of students. Members of the HVCC community, sponsors, family and friends came together to celebrate the joyous occasion! Second year Honors College student, Noah Renzi ’26, offered words of encouragement and sage advice to the new students. Recent Honors College graduate, Emily Burdikoff ’25, highlighted the sense of family and community that she felt in the Honors College. She then recognized Derek Martin, former Executive Director of the Foundation, for his significant contribution and dedication to all the students. Officer in Charge Louis Coplin and Associate VP for Academic Affairs Ronalyn Wilson also shared uplifting remarks and reinforced the immense support for the incoming cohort. We are excited to witness the incredible potential these students hold and the promising opportunities ahead!
